How we rank: reliability first
Freepi ranks listings by how trustworthy they are, not by who paid for placement. Every fact has a source and a reliability score:
- Source — land registry, permits and developers rank above agencies and aggregators.
- Confirmations — the same price or area from independent sources.
- Precision — a full address with a house number and a point on the map.
- Freshness — when the listing was last seen.
- Consistency — outliers and contradictions are flagged, not hidden.
Мы ранжируем по достоверности, а не по оплате размещения: у каждого факта есть источник и оценка — подтверждения, точность адреса, свежесть и согласованность.
